Delivery Time

Orders within Nigeria take 8–14 working days to produce and deliver from the date payment is confirmed.

For international orders (outside Nigeria), please allow an additional 3–5 business days for shipping.


Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location. Please choose your location accurately to avoid loss of packages. Customs fees may be required at borders of certain locations for clearance purposes after shipping fees are paid on the website. An email will be forwarded from the shipping company in this case. Please read more on this below.
 

Pre-Order Items

We operate a Made-to-Order production process. A Pre-Order badge appears when:
- Our production capacity has been reached for a given period, or

- The required fabric is awaiting restock in your location within a few days.

Pre-order items typically take 14–18 working days to ship, allowing time to restock fabrics or complete existing orders.

In some cases, orders may be completed earlier depending on production levels. Customers will always be notified accordingly.


Dispatch/Delivery notification
All shoppers will receive an email when their item is out for delivery. If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please send an email to info@shopiwade.com including your order number. 


Haven't received your order yet?
If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, as well as the additional 3 - 5 days, please contact us as packages may have been delayed by selected courier service.

Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to contact you and ensure packages are delivered.  We however follow up, track and share tracking information with our shoppers when dispatched.

Please ensure the accurate location details are given as the courier service will only make use of the location details paid for and attached to your order receipt.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost or damaged packages by courier service. However shoppers should contact us in this event so that we can assist the best way we can as well as file a complaint with the courier service on these items. 


Customs and Duties Charges 

Almost all shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. IWADÉ has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. These charges are the customers responsibility.

In rare cases that your package arrives from multiple warehouses if its unavailable in one location, duties may apply depending on your shipping address.
