How long will it take to receive my order?

It takes 8 to 14 Working days to make and deliver your order from the day payment is confirmed within Nigeria.  Kindly allow an additional 3 - 5 business days for international shipping (out of Nigeria). This can differ depending on order demand at the time and delivery destination.

 

What does a Pre-Order Badge Mean?

Because we follow a "Made To Order" production process, when we reach our max. production capacity within a certain period (i.e. the number of orders currently being worked on), or the existing fabric stock is sold out pending a restock soon, a "Pre-Order" Tag will be applied to the products.

Pieces pre-ordered will take 14 to 18 working days to ship to allow us restock fabric or complete existing orders being worked on (in the case that our production limit has been reached).

Deliveries may be made earlier considering the production level at the time. In any case the customer will be notified.

Are public holidays counted as a work day?

Annual Holidays or Holidays in Nigeria may not be considered as a working day. Beyond our team operations, we cannot guarantee the operations of the shipping companies during that time. If your order does fall within this period and hasn’t been delivered yet, kindly allow some time for the company  to be back to work.

What if I'm not sure of my UK size?

No worries, It happens to the best of us! We have included a size chart for you on this page. You can use your Bust, Waist and Hips measurements to place yourself on our chart. 

We have also included a section for you lovely ladies to specify your preferred measurements and any other points you would like to be taken into consideration.

Can I make a return?

Orders made and delivered are final. During these times especially, as we work to ensure the safety of our staff and clients taking items back is considered risky.

However, you may return an item if it is damaged. Please note that all our Items are thoroughly scanned before delivery and we will not appreciate damage to the clothes in order to ensure a return.

If I order the wrong size is there room for adjustment or exchange?

Sure there is! Although we encourage all our shoppers to check our size chart before a purchase there could still be confusion when selecting.

In order to make an exchange or adjustments the original item ordered will need to be returned or made available on exchange in its original package. This item will be examined before moving forward. Already Worn items cannot be exchanged. 

The item must be in good condition. The shopper will also cover certain costs such as Pickup and Delivery/Return charges as well as a fee with a range starting from 30% of the Item's cost in the case of an exchange or adjustment depending on if a new piece has to be made.

Can I specify my measurements ?

Definitely!  IWADÉ is all for the Perfect Fit and Comfort. On every detail page there is a text area made available just before you add that item to cart where you can specify your measurements. 

For clarity we would love you to choose your UK size to give us an idea of the range and then specify your Bust, Waist, Hips measurements and Height in the text area.

Can I order IWADÉ pieces in other colors ?

It's Okay if you want a different color from what is available on our website for a certain piece!

All you need to do is send us a Direct Message Via Email or Instagram (@shop.iwade) and we will present the options to you once you state the Name of the piece.

Orders for custom colors are made Via Instagram Direct Message only.

Can I order a different Size for the Blouse and Bottoms in a set ?

Yes Please! We encourage our shoppers to specify the UK size that works for the blouse and the UK size that works for the bottom when ordering a set to ensure a lovely fit. 

When Ordering a set you may choose the UK size that will be comfortable for the blouse and another for the bottoms if this option is available on the products page.

You can specify details of measurements if this option is not available for a set. Additional measurement details for your dresses e.g Bust, waist, hips, arm circumference etc can be included in the text area provided.

You may also order the top and the bottom separately if they are available on our website as single pieces!
