How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders within Nigeria take 8–14 working days to produce and deliver from the date payment is confirmed.
For international orders (outside Nigeria), please allow an additional 3–5 business days for shipping.
What does a Pre-Order badge mean?
We operate a Made-to-Order production process. A Pre-Order badge appears when:
- Our production capacity has been reached for a given period, or
- The required fabric is awaiting restock in your location within a few days.
Pre-order items typically take 14–18 working days to ship, allowing time to restock fabrics or complete existing orders.
In some cases, orders may be completed earlier depending on production levels. Customers will always be notified accordingly.

Are public holidays counted as working days?
Public holidays in Nigeria are not considered working days. In addition, shipping companies may not operate during these periods.
If your order falls within a holiday period and delivery is delayed, kindly allow extra time for operations to resume.
What if I’m not sure of my UK size?
No worries — it happens to the best of us!
Each product page includes a size chart to help you determine your fit using your bust, waist, and hip measurements.
You’ll also find a section where you can specify your exact measurements and include any additional fit notes you’d like us to consider.
Can I make a return?
All made-to-order items are final sale as they are produced in your request.
However, returns are accepted only if an item arrives in poor condition.
Please note that all items are carefully inspected before dispatch. We will not accept intentional damage in order to qualify for a return.
We offer exchanges on items that are readily available to ship, subject to inspection. Exchange requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your item to help us maintain the integrity and quality of our pieces.

What if I order the wrong size — can I adjust or exchange it?
Yes, adjustments or exchanges are possible. While we strongly encourage checking the size chart before purchasing, we understand that mistakes can happen.
To proceed:
- The original item must be returned in its original packaging
- The item must be unworn and in good condition

Returned items will be examined before approval of exchange
Please note:
- Worn items cannot be exchanged
- We exchange readily available to ship items (not made to order items)
- The customer is responsible for pickup and delivery cost
- A fee starting from 20% of the item cost may apply, depending on the adjustment level
Can I specify my measurements?
Absolutely! IWADÉ is all about the perfect fit and comfort.
On each product page, you’ll find a text box just before adding an item to your cart. Here, you can enter your custom measurements.
For clarity, we recommend:
- Selecting your closest UK size
- Providing your bust, waist, hips, and height in the text box
Can I order different sizes for the blouse and bottoms in a set?
Yes — and we encourage it!
When ordering a set, you may:
- Choose one UK size for the blouse
- Choose a different UK size for the bottoms (if available)
If this option isn’t available on the product page, simply include your size preferences and detailed measurements (bust, waist, hips, arm circumference, etc.) in the text box provided.
You may also purchase the top and bottom separately if they are available as individual pieces on our website.
